WELCOME!

The Nevada Disability Advocacy & Law Center (NDALC) is a private, statewide non-profit organization that serves as Nevada's federally-mandated protection and advocacy system for human, legal, and service rights for individuals with disabilities.

In October 2011, NDALC filed an Administrative Complaint against the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Nevada Health Division and the Nevada Bureau of Early Intervention Services (NEIS) for violations of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (IDEA).

The State completed their investigation and issued a report in response to the complaint in February 2012.

Downloadable copies of NDALC's complaint and the State's response are availabe in the Media section of this website. The State's Cover Letter and Response are available for viewing on the State's website.
